Papsoe (25039) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2005(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful amber with a small, white head. Some caramel in the nose. Incredibly light body, soft mouthfeel. Slightly cardboardish flavour - does this come a wee bit too old? Absolutely no bitterness. A Premium Lager?? I’d rather call this a Vienna. 170705

sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 4, 2005(Bottled) Clear golden color with a medium head. Slightly acidic, candy-toffee-malty aroma (only when warmed up). Quite malty, candy-sweet, slightly honeyish flavor with a hint of roasted malt and a soft hoppiness towards the buttery-toffee finish. Light to medium-bodied, carbonated palate. Feels like Olvi Sandels with some added butter and color. When warm, it gets really candy-toffee-like. A quite difficult brew to rate because the nature differs so much with temperature change.
