Taste is very sweet, perhaps a bit too much so with hints of pineapple, banana, and coriander. Still overall a pretty solid beer. hopscotch (5681), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 27, 2006 Bottle... Lightly hazy golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Breadsy, fruity aroma with esters of pear, apple and orange peel and clove phenols. Sweet, fruity flavor that’s light on the spice. Yeasty and lightly bitter. Full-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Lengthy, lightly sweet, mildly bitter, fruity finish. heemer77 (4343), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 14, 2005 Dark gold with no head. The aroma is honey with some peanuts. There is also some bananas and nutmeg. The taste is bananas with some nutmeg and slight biscuit. This is fairly nice, but not a great triple. Silphium (2225), Haslett, Michigan, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 9, 2004 Pours cloudy peach, with plenty of yeast "floaties" and a thin off-white head. Strange potently yeasty aroma- I believe nail-polish remover comes to mind. Yeast also dominated the flavor, with bubblegum, circus peanuts (artificial banana), clove, and nail-polish remover. The base has candy-like sweetness (light fruit) and is crackery. Kind of a "dirty" example but unique nonetheless. Walt (2300), Austin, Texas, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 5, 2004 a reasonably good impression of a tripel. yeasty bready fruity aroma, and a hazy light cold color. a little too much bite, and too much alcohol presence to counteract the soft spices and esters of the beer’s backbone. not bad overall. jerc (4062), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Golden yellow, with a small whi e head. Muted sweet alcoholic aroma, bit of pale malt. Sweet, moderately alcoholic flavour with plenty of pale malt. Medium palate (3+). Touch simplistic at times but quite servicable tripel, and one you could drink a fair bit of. Pleasant. walleye (895), Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA
