Pours a hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma of citrus, coriander, apples and bannana. Very light body that makes the beer exremely drinkable. Spices come through nicely. All around great witte. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 29, 2010 Pours from the 12oz bottle a hazy light yellow color with almost no head. Very active carbonation...lots of bubble in the murky haze. Aroma is of lemon peel. 1st sip brings a crisp, tart snap of lemon, with a slight hint of pepper in the background. The citrus is totally dominant. Mouthfeel is light & crisp, and this is highly drinkable. Very good beer. i’m drinking it on one of the coldest night so far this winter, i’ll bet it’s even better on a hot summer day! Soonah (1000), Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 17, 2010 Poured slightly hazy and light golden. A super thin ring of white foam appeared with tiny flecks of lace. The aroma was spice, pepper and citrus. The flavor had some dry wheat and lots of lemon. A bit of spice cut through, but not much in terms of yeast. The mouthfeel was thin and light, a refreshing beer that lacked much in terms of complexity. thirdeye11 (979), Texas, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 11, 2010 Overall - it works. But it looks too much like a superbrew (completely clear golden), the taste hits you as weak at first - but goes into this nice hoppy wheat flavor. Acidic, and not really needing that lemon. Finishes lcean. 13mikey (193), New Hope, Minnesota, USA

Flavor: Taste is semi-sweet wheat and citrus
Palate: The body is fairly light
Overall Impression:
Overall this is a very solid example fo the style. One that I have had a few different times in the past, but enjoyed again this time. A nicely made beer. hayduke (1725), Eureka, California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 27, 2009 From a 750 ml corked and caged bottle this poured a hazy golden yellow color with a good sized white head that faded quickly and left moderate lacing . The nose is a sweet citrus aroma showing lemon and orange peel. Good carbonation with a lively mouthfeel. The flavors are somewhat spicy pepper and yeast. The finish is spicy as well and dry. Good rendition of this style.
