| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 18, 2004 The aroma is very yeasty and spicy, especially coriander standing out. The color is an unclear dark orange with an OK white head. The flavor is sweet spicy and fruity, coriander standing out as the spice and banana standing out among the fruit flavors. The end adds a alcohol burn. Thanks Alex (fiulijn) for the gem. madsberg (5430), Søborg, Denmark

Yeast, some banana, spices and fruit in the aroma. Flavour is citric, spiced and yeasty. Alcahol is notacible. Is sweet and has a light sour note in the end. JorisPPattyn (5300), Antwerpen, Belgium
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 12, 2004 Pale orange, greenish shine - end is fully opaque from the yeast; slim, white but stable head. Creamy, vanilla and something spicey in the nose: grains of paradise?, coriander. Very spicey taste, alcohol, burnt & toasted grain. Coriander. Alcoholburn, medium bodied. If the idea was Hoegaarden Grand Cru, I must say the imitation has succeeded. But why would one do so? Thanks, Alex, a rare one. Bov (5625), Bienne, Switzerland
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 6, 2004 cloudy dark-orange colour, fine foam, strong aroma of honey, vanilla and spices (nutmeg ?), lot of carbonation, sweet and medium-bodied, fresh, fruity, honeyish and spicy finish - good and balanced fiulijn (7783), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 21, 2004 Golden color, creamy head (with some fizz). Soft aroma, with some malt, vanilla and fudge. Maybe the body (malt, coriander...) is somehow dry, and the alcohol is a bit evident, but at least this one doesn't have the typical sourness of Faiseurs de Bière. Raising bitterness at the end. It's a one-batch beer, but probably the only good one they brewed in the most recent times.
