Commercial Description:
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Very bitter upfront. I get some alcohol and hops in the nose. There is a strange astringent quality to this beer that I am not very happy with. For the most part the beer is all right. I will try this beer again at a later time. The more I drink this beer the worse it gets.

Hop-Heads, your dreams are old! Hop Ottin’ is a strange name for a rather unremarkable brew, and surely your dreams will vouch. Hop Ottin’ starts with a locker room aroma, which winds into a yummy yet odd rich and honey bitterness that coats a rather thin center of floral tartness. At length, where’s the width? It has a finish. Hop Ottin’ bites like my roommate’s baby pitbull (Hop Ottin’ bites like a rattlesnake looking.) (duvel tulip glass, and i really did underrate this... it's good, but i don't get why it's so great)

Cloudy copper, with a full tan head. Resiny pine aroma that hints towards some serious hops. Medium body, with an astringent hop bitterness that lingers a bit too long. Despite the flash of hops initially, fairly one dimensional.

Cloudy orange color with a sizable slightly off-white head, which sticks around in some form or other for quite a while. Aroma is first heavy in hops, then a little in fruits and flowers. Taste is pretty hoppy with a tasty bite to it. Pretty darn bitter, but other flavors appear if you take a moment to take notice of them.

Pours a clear orange with thin layer of foam and some lacing. Aroma is delightfully sweet and full of oily hops. Good malt backbone, nice bitter & finishing hops with a slight emphasis on the sweet side. Good carbonation, lightly creamy body. SO quaffable - I must buy this again!
