Commercial Description:
A refreshingly smooth, full-bodied lager, with a subtle touch of all natural honey which creates a slightly sweet finish.

Another good beer from Sleeman’s. Don’t be afraid of the clear bottle, cause I’ve never had a skunky one.

Draught, London Deep gold body, white foam. Aroma is quite sweet and honey-like, spicy hops in the mix. Medium bodied and carbonation. Interesting sort of flavour, quite bitter somewhat orange-like, leafy spice, dried apricot and honey. Medium dry finish. Interesting sort of beer, not entirely sure I like it or not.

On tap. Pours light copper in colour, lots of creamy slightly off white head, leaving lots of lacing. A mild sweet malt aroma, similar taste, with the slightest of slight hints of honey.

Okay head and colour, aroma is allright but that fake-microbrew taste is all over this one. It’s a decent refreshing brew with a bit of a flavoured twist but you can tell it’s not quite a natural flavouring. Not like that’s too bad a thing, it accomplishes its mission well and is a good choice for a party for self respecting beer drinkers.

Bouteille 341ml.

On tap - pours a rich golden brown. One of the better honey lagers, especially for a macro. Smooth mouthful, honey flavour and light hops. Still fairly forgettable, but still refreshing and drinkable.
