Commercial Description:
Rich creamy head with bouquet of wheat malt, black current, clove, and apple. Deep full flavors of caramel and chocolate malt balance with hops for a smooth warming character. The finish is smooth and malty leading to a subtle alcohol and dark caramel finish.

Tap. Bubblegummy oily flavor. Blubbergum. Flouride gel fruit. Medicinal. Slightly unpleasant. Dark. I think I now officially eschew weizen bock.

Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Aroma had caramel, toffee, chocolate, coffee and courant. Taste was mainly dominated by caramel and toffee with some chocolate and cloves mixed in as well. Palate is excellent with a port mouthfeel. Apple comes into the aftertaste. Very good Weizenbock.

12oz bottle thanks to Johnykat. Pours black with an overzealous, light brown head. Nose is lemon yeast, spice and banana. Taste is of banana, bread and chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium with lots of carbonation. Pretty good.

a bit of a let down. A regular dunkel, spicy aroma, a little hoppy with a wee bit of burned malt, extremely well balanced is it´s best side, nice beer overall but I was expecting something more

Super dark brown/black. Very smokey aroma, malty. More light-bodied than the aroma/appearance would suggest. A good bite with regard to alcohol and spice.

Draft @ RnH. Brown pour with no head. Dark fruits, caramel and sweet malt aroma. Flavor follows aroma and has moderate chocolate malt body. Best brew from ramstein yet.

Thanks to mrbendo for trading this one to me. Pours almost black with a small quickly fading head. Nice full aroma of malts, ripened fruits and mild cocoa. Flavor is very smooth. Raw sourish malts, hints of fermented fruits such as bananna. Also faint mild spices. This is a wheat beer you can really sink your teeth into. Thanks again Todd.

Very little head which disipated quikly into very little lacing, oiley texture, lightly carbonated with carmel molasses taste.
