UPDATED: SEP 30, 2020 (Bottle) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of orange marmalade, treacle-toffee, apricots, mandarin, passion-fruit, rye bread and pine needles. Malty, hoppy taste with pine needles, orange marmalade, apricots, passion-fruit, crisp-bread, treacle-toffee and a generous citric, piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Impressive hop presence, with malt to back it up. Solid and well made DIPA. Very nice.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2020 I have found this bottle, at the coop city, at Bern, the last year. Opening this bottle yesterday, at home, at Epalinges for the meal time and it was just perfect with the Peruvian ceviche. The color is orange/brown and troubled, normal carbonation, white foam. A great double ipa, a beer to drink step by step, not liters. The hop has the place of the king, citrus, bitter, a bit soapy, really aromatic and you really smell the side of the flower, dry malt, side of tropical fruit, right quality of hop.

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2019 Tap at Bakgården. Clear golden body with a fine frothy white head. Aroma has malt, peach, some oranges and hint of grapefruit. Flavor is smooth and soft malt with fruits like aroma and nice bitterness. Fine body and god aftertaste. A nice classic IPA with a soft malty base.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2019 Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Heavy hoppy aroma. MOderate bitter flavor. Some orange notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Le nez est partagé entre les notes houblonnées, les agrumes, les fruits exotiques et le houblon frais et la bouche allie ampleur et tension, puissance et fraîcheur, longueur et équilibre. Belle réussite alliant puissance et fraîcheur.

The aroma is hoppy with grapefruit, peach, some pine, some herbaceous notes and biscuity malt in the back. Medium to medium full body with a soft carbonation a light to medium sweetness and a light to medium bitterness. The flavor starts hoppy with grapefruit and sticky sweet resinous notes - peach and sweeter ripe fruits in the back along with some biscuity malt - balanced hop forward with ripe fruits and sweet pale malt to stay in balance. Finishes with a medium hoppy balance and some residual malt sweetness. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 14

Holy beautiful dipa, very strawy and earthy, but a perfect aroma and full refined palate taste with some caramel and salty aftertaste.
