Hazy golden pour with intermittent hazy particles. The aroma is lemony wheat malt, clove, orange, and coriander. Pretty lackluster. The flavor is much the same except much more dull. Lots of grainy wheat with lemon and orange being most prevalent. Really not much happening. Palate is epically thing and doesn’t really have a finish to speak of. Unpleasant.

Copper colored pour with a small fizzy head. Aroma holds wheat, lemon, orange, and coriander- classic Belgian white, but pretty dull and uninteresting in its complexity. Flavor holds banana, grain, light lemon and orange, and some sweet spices. Very one-dimensional. Palate is light bodied, dull finish. Boring beer.

Golden body with a light white head. Aroma is pleasant with some citrus and grass notes accompanied by some slight resin. While the aroma is enjoyable the taste leaves much to be desired. A watery mouth feel with little carbonation and almost no flavor, only some slight bitterness and hay character remains. Finishes out with only a slight aftertaste that quickly fades. Overall a less than stellar showing from Middle Ages.

Had this on tap at the brewery and bottled. Poured a cloudy yellow-orange with off-white head. Aroma of orange peels and coriander, very pleasant. I wasn’t too impressed with the flavor though, a thought it was a little flat and didn’t really have much to it. Average, but drinkable.

Wait, what’s this? A witbier I’ll probably finish!?!? Pours dark, hazy golden-orange with generous head that recedes. Nose is sweet; honey and orange peel. Moderate to mild coriander. Similar taste. Thin palate. Not bad at all. Thanks to Cletus for the bottle.

Twelve oz. bottle, 10.03.09. Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma is spicy, tangy, and fruity. Flavor is the same and thin with a chemical aftertaste. Not very good.
