UPDATED: MAY 24, 2023 W zapachu trochę śliwki, trochę banana, super kombo. Barwa ciemny brąz nieprzejrzysty, wysoka kremowa drobna i twarda piana. Jak na pszenicę przystało wysokie wysycenie, mocno śliwka i zaraz kontruje ją słodowość banana, przeistaczająca się nieco w skórkę banana, trochę przysmażonej śliwki na ciemnym chlebie, wysoka pełnia, no robi wrażenie cytując znanego jutubera:)

UPDATED: APR 25, 2019 Murky brown. Aroma is plums clove phenols banana. Overripe stuff. Taste is sweet malty with some alcoholic something. Sweet.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2019 Dark brown, cloudy, decent head. Sweet bananas, really clean flavor, very little alcohol flavor compared to others - caramel dipped banana deliciousness.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2019 Bottle. Murky brown color with white head. Aroma is banana crisps, chocolate bananas, milky yeast. Taste is the same. Milky mouthfeel with low carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2019 Bottle. Roast, light sugary nose, roast, burnt banana. Darkest brown, fluffy brown low head. Medium light body, burning banana plantation, roast, esters, caramel banana bread.

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2019 Opened eight months after best before date. Threw some yeast deposits but poured well, many tiny bubbles rising to give a good tan coloured head and tasted fresh. As described elsewhere. Very yummy and long mouthfeel with strong but balanced flavours. The alcohol at 7.1 abv isn't up front but gives real depth to the malt. If this is a dark Wiezen bock I like 'em!

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2019 Der Weizenbock sieht im Glas sehr dunkelbraun und trüb aus. Schaumkrone soweit passabel. Geruch dunkelmalzig und etwas alkoholisch. Antrunk, sanft karamellmalzig, sodann kräftig anziehende dunkle Malzaromen mit schönem Hefegeschmack. Wow, was für ein Geschmack! Leicht alkoholisch aber sehr abgerundet und süffig. Malzig mild im Abgang. Tolles Bier.
