Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 26, 2015draught@Erzbierschof Zurich - light haty dark amber beer with a little foam left; aroma of vanilla, well-integrated woody tones, plums, apple and cognac; full-bodied, some sourness, low carbonation, very dry and sour; more plums, pears and vanilla and with a stronger wood presence in the finish
JorisPPattyn (14307) - Wilrijk, BELGIUM - AUG 15, 2015 Draught Small yellowish head, stable, over deep redbrown beer. Sweet, bits of caramel/toffee, fruit, hints at spices. Sweet, but with a very good whisky and chocolate flavour. Very well bodied, if not thick. Extra slick, viscous. Sweet, but just not too much. Whisky, again, is quite balanced.
anstei (3818) - SWITZERLAND - AUG 15, 2015On tap at Erzbierschof. Cleary ruby, almost no foam and lowly carbonized. Dominating whisky aroma, a bit smoky, some malts. A bit of sweetness in the taste, but still mostly whisky, Speyside I’d say. Interesting!
