COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gose is a 1000-year-old beer style that almost disappeared in the 20th century. This sour and salty wheat ale has now made a comeback! Havana Gose is our sour rebel inspired by the Mojito drink and the warm beaches of Cuba. Super refreshing, super sour & super salty. You can only use superlatives when talking about this beer. Seasoned with Himalayan rock salt, fresh mind and lime peel. Complex and sessionable ale for any occasion.

Refreshing zesty and salty aroma with some lactic sour notes. Bit hazy golden color with minimal sized white head. Strong sour kick, you get used to it and it gets better and better. Mild like, fortunately didn't detect any mint, very well balanced. Thin body, lively carbonation, nice for a style. Heavily underrated. //tap at Craft Room

Unclear, yellow colored, small to no white head. Aroma is of some wheat, bit of mint and herbal, some salt, bit soury. Taste is light sweet wheat, salty, medium- sour notes, bit mint and some lime. Light+ bodied, soft carbonation, bit watery. Not that great but not that bad either. (on tap, Craft Room, Zagreb)

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2017 On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Juicy aroma, some mint, citrus, candy. Light spicy. Taste is lightly sour, dry and not salty. Very thin. Moderately lasting finish.

Tap at All In. Mint & lime aroma - very much not surprising. Soft taste, again, mint and lime, backed by a solid malty backbone. A fine, clean, solid gose - somewhat strange the "regular crowd" doesn't like it.

On tap at All In Zagreb. Unclear yellow/pale golden coloured, minimal white head, mild mint in the nose. Acidic fruity, more noticable mint than lime, touch of salt and overall pretty flat brew. Not the best not the worse not so interesting and in other hand not so boring but something is missing here...I think I'll be generous here.

Tap @CBH17. Pours hazy yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma is mild with spices. Taste has sour citrus with fruits. Good but pretty basic.

11.06.2017, tap @ Sori Taproom:
Small fizzy shortlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish, lime, grass, minerals, hay, soda powder, lime peel, fruit salt, leafs, coriander, hints of mint leafs. Taste is slightly dry citrusy, soda powder, minerals, lime, grass, fruit salt, hay, sorrel, lime peel, coriander, paper, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Bottle from the depths of my cellar. Clear copper with lively white head. Salt, malt and mint. Lots of lime with the ghost of some mint. Possibly a bit too old.

Punkero (1068) - FINLAND - FEB 10, 2017
UPDATED: FEB 10, 2017 Grapefruit. Citrus. Crisp. Sweet. Juice. Not too sour. Faint in the end. Short. Not sure if this was the mint one though.

Draft at Craft & Draft. Slight hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of lime upfront, mint showing up behind, very citric and light mineral. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour and moderate salty. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
