UPDATED: APR 27, 2021 (500ml bottle, Kiev. 27 Apr 2021) AROMA: basic lager nose, don't notice the alcohol, light biscuit and grain, APPEARANCE: medium straw yellow, decent sticky white head, clear TASTE: easy upfront, not too acidic or astringent, middle has a bit of a punch of malt and farm/hay, a bit sweet and sour, not too hoppy, PALATE: approaching medium body but very approachable, quite smooth, oily, long light follow thru that is a bit dry and a bit sour on the inside of the cheeks OVERALL: quite pleasant for 8% ABV, much more enjoyable than the other imperial pilsners that I have had recently here in Kiev, nothing special in flavor but also nothing too negative, don't notice the ABV that much in the flavor but can feel it some later.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2020 Aroma; malt mash booze. Look; off-white head on clear golden body. Taste; malt, mash, glue, booze, leading to a sticky finish. Feel; okay body n co². Overall; I agree with Sinfull, bad beer. [čištění starého nepořádku, lahev zakoupena @ ukrainskem obchodé]

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2019 500ml embossed bottle. Deep golden pour with a white head. Aroma is sweet with light berry and some booze. flavor is sweet and fuselly, acetone, booze. Not as smooth as an amero HG.

Aus diesem Arsenal wird eine starke Bombe geliefert. Der helle Bock mit stabiler Schaumkrone ist so stark bitter, dass es einem alles zusammenzieht. Für Leute die auf Doppel- oder Tripel-Böcke stehen vielleicht interessant. Mir ist es aber eindeutig zu stark.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2018 Clear, golden, nice head, but soon gone. Grain, honey in aroma, full bodied, malty, sweet taste, soapy aftertaste.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose brings out straw, cereal grains, maybe some fusel alcohols. Flavour is fairly boozy, with fusel alcohol, cereal grains and straw. Not actually as bad as expected - it’s boozy, sure, and lacking much depth, but it’s drinkable.

Prakticky tady přidávám tento komentář, jen aby tady něco bylo, protože zpětně dopisuji 900 piv z mého seznamu a asi bych se musel u toho zbláznit.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2018 W aromacie słodowe,zbożowe. W smaku słód,lekki alkohol. Jest goryczka. Pełne w odczuciu. Nisko wysycone. Przeciętne.

My favorite Ukrainian macro. It is not sweet compared to other Ukrainian beers and has a decent alcohol punch. Thankfully craft beer has come to Ukraine, so my days of drinking this are about over :)
