UPDATED: APR 25, 2023 Hazy pale yellow pour with a one finger white head. It smells of cloves, bananas, and yeast. The flavor is somewhat sweet with banana and spice. Nothing special, but it works okay.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2021 On tap (just listed in the restaurant as 'Hefeweisen' (sic), but it must be this). Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Apple yeast aroma. Flavor has yeasty pale malt, wheat, apple, pear. A bit on the lighter side, but still tastes good enough.

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2020 Bottle at Torrey Inn, UT pour clear gold with thin white head. Nose sweet malt, light ester. Taste times down flavors but not offensive. Not bad after 3 hrs of hiking

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2019 12oz bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is light wheat notes and some grass. Taste is more of the light wheat a touch of grass.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2019 On tap at Salt Lake City airport. Pour is a cloudy amber color. Slight clove nose and taste. Light bitter finish. Good flavor for a lower calorie beer.

Tap. Pours quite hazy golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is wheat, grain, lemon. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, lacing pretty much all trace of what makes a hef a hef. Light body. Boring. Hint of acidity.

Tallahassee, Fl on tap at Momo’s Northside. Hazy, medium golden, snow white head, nice lace. Light banana and cloves in the aroma. Refreshing flavor, some yeasty notes, a touch of lemon, some cloves and banana flavoring. Crisp mouthfeel. Refreshing on a hot autumn day.
