Bottle. Nice dense head. Aroma of caramel malt, hops, and maybe some yeast. Floral hop and malt flavor, but lacking the anticipated hop bitterness. It’s like a less bitter version of sierra nevada pale ale.

12oz bottle. Pours a lightly clouded, golden-orange colored body with a big, two finger-width, frothy, white head that collapses slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is sweeter caramels and a light crystal with floral citruses and a hint of apricot. A touch of grainy toast as well. Flavor is grainy and sweet with floral citrus-apricots and a bitterness that seems a bit off to me. A hint of toast as well before this dries and leaves a medium length aftertaste. Light bodied and a higher carbonation level. Overall, an interesting pale ale. Very floral and sweet with a decent bitterness, but something doesn’t quite blend perfectly. This isn’t offensive, but I wasn’t a huge fan of it.

(Bottle, Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Clear amber colour with brief, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of caramel, orange peel, apricots and fresh, floral hops. Malty, slightly fruity taste with citrus, rose petals, caramel, grainy malt and floral hops in a moderately bitter finish. Medium body, well balanced sweetness. Tasty and refreshing beer.

Short 12oz bottle. Orange amber color. Aroma of light citrus. Light bodied. Distant malt. Sharp hop bitterness. A bit off balance for me.
