Reddish brown with a foam cream, average and fugacious. Aromas of toffy, roasted, with butter, Whisky and plum. The mouth is soft, unctuous with caramel, butter, jammy malt and a perfume of wood and Whisky. Finale without bitterness with notes of marmelade, cream and soft spices. Nice Scotch.

The_Osprey (10591) - WALES - DEC 11, 2016
November 2016 - Bottle share at One Canada Square, with many thanks to Dave. As ’Inveralmond Ooskabeer’, batch 2, 7%. Dark orange amber, translucent, foamy tan head. Aroma is sugary, toffee, light whisky, syrupy. Body is smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is honey, salty, whisky, quite sweet but the oaky whisky vibe makes it seem like it dries out. Quite nice in small amounts. (3.4)
