Commercial Description:
This is our version of an American Pale Ale. It is slightly malty with an emphasis on well balanced hop characteristics. With a blend of the Pacific Northwest's finest Northern Brewer, Cascade and Centennial, you're sure to notice the citrus aroma and flavor of our continent's greatest hops. (OG 1.055, IBU's 50, Alc. 5.1% a/v)

(Draft: Sleeping Lady Brewing Company in Anchorage, AK) The flavor is very malty, lightly toasty, somewhat sweet, but very well balanced by a moderately bitter hoppiness; There is a fair amount of grapefruit in the finish; The palate is medium bodied and dry; Very malty nose, but minimally hoppy for an APA; Ruddy amber color; Off-white head fades to a small rim quickly
