Would be a great session beer! Ungstrup (16349), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 30, 2007 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thick off-white head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy combined with a light spicy note. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, lovely hoppy notes, and light spicy notes, leading to a dry bitter end. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 13, 2008 Bottle pours a clear light amber with a smallish head leaving some residual lace. The aroma is most certainly hop oriented, leaning toward the pine resin side of the spectrum, with some biscuit coming through. The flavor is bread, fruit, some hops, and some lingering ale bitterness. The palate is very refreshing and cleansing - thin to medium bodied. Overall, I like this one pretty well. cbkschubert (2088), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA

But also nicey balanced by a solid base note of caramel maltiness. I will drink these whenever available. IlanMan (893), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA

Aroma was of fresh hops but it wasn’t too bitter. Flavor was a bit more hoppy with a lot of caramelized malt. I got a lot of sweet malt as well in the flavor. Good brew. May buy again. tedovertu (265), Apple Valley, Minnesota, USA
