(bottle, gose #100) hazy deep golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of lemon juice, sautéed mushrooms and bubble gum, with some heavy notes of coriander seeds and some strawberry syrup. flavour is more of the same, lots of lemon juice and dried apricots, with lots of oxidized beef, some salted popcorn and a medium-tart earthy finish. light- to medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hopyy and moderate yeasty aroma. Light bitter sour/salty flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Aus der Flasche 2017-03 getrunken. Oh ja diese Gose jetzt hat deutlich Salz, aber sehr stimmig und gut trinkbar. Die Säure ist auch hier recht moderat. Nicht schlecht, aber ins Jubeln komme ich bei dem Bierstil immer noch nicht.

Cloudy pale gold. Fresh and tart aroma. Sweetish and tart taste, lightly salted, that ends with a dry and lightly bitter finish. Medium body. Overall, a good gose. Tasty and very refreshing.

Slight acidic and lactic aroma. Salty and sour in the taste with hints of licorice. Really nice.
