Honey color. Honey and some orange in the aroma and flavor. Some yeast character. Mandarin curacao and honey aftertaste. Pleasant, but thinnish.

bottle, pours hazy orange with a tall white head, good lacing. Aroma is carmel, fruity yeast, and orange. Flavors are light and creamy, with yeast, orange and a light malt ending with a mild bitterness that is more spice than hops. Rather sweet.

bottle. Nice golden colour with stable white head. Smell: fruity. Taste: yeasty, fruity, a bit sweet and hoppy. No ’special’ beer but not a bad one.

On tap at De Groote Witte Arend, Antwerpen.
Pretty standard belgian ale. Dark golden coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, weak spicy nose. Sweet malty, light yeasty and spicy taste with notes of green apples and discreet touch of coriander.

Bottled(330ml). -Cloudy golden/orange coloured, huge white head, yeasty spicy nose. Sweet malty, light yeasty, pleasant spicy with sugary fruity notes. Some alcohol notes as well, moderate sweet finish. Ordinary belgian ale.

Bready yeasty nose starts with a bit of coriander but is crept up on by a weird planty aroma. Orange body with a moderate white head. Fairly standard belgian, brown sugar, a bit of carmel, some doughy yeasts, rounded out with some bitter herbal hops. Finishes with grain and a slight bitterness.

Golden beer with rocky white head. Smells of sugar and honey. Reminds me og cereals glazed with honey - which is not meant as a compliment. Well, I guess that’s wat a proefbrouwerij is for...
