Cloudy and golden with a frothy white head. Saaz in the nose for sure and some peach. Spicy, gets a little sweet and finishes dry.

Bottle in Ghent into a sweet, enormous glass. Pours yellow with a white head that has excellent retention leaves good lace. Aroma of pale malts, perfume, and light Saaz hops. Taste is a bit metallic from older Saaz hops along with pale malt, spices. Pretty good.

Bottle: Big airy foam head that disappears pretty quick, like Duvel. Smell some spices, lemon and hops. Color between lemon yellow and pilsner yellow. Taste of lemon, spices, fruits, yeasty, light hoppy, pretty fresh (like a white beer).

bottle, yellow/orange colour with unstable white head. Smell: fruity. Taste: much alcohol, sugary, spicy with most of all coriander. Far too sweet for me and too much alcohol taste.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Pale malts, citrus fruits, some alcohol, white sugar, a little yeast and hints of acetone in the aroma. The flavor is a tad better and clear, with fruits, citrus, spices, white sugar and grains. Some alcohol, and a fine bitterness in the finish. Warming, medium to full body, quite dry and effervescent. Overall, a decent beer, but too hot I think. 090925

Pours a slightly hazy coppery color with a thick foamy white head. Hops are definitely present in the aroma. But there are also some spices, even a bit peppery. Very creamy texture with lots of carbonation. Slightly sweet flavor but with well balanced hoppy bitterness that emerges more towards the finish. Very nice beer.
