Hazy medium amber orange color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, rye - wheat, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, bread, pale malt, caramel, dusty hops, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160707]

On tap at the brewery. Clearish amber. Nose is caramel, pine, resin. Tastes sweet caramel, citrus and resinous bitterness, very fruity, bittersweet finish. Some can say boring but it is straightforward, clean and balanced brew.

Tap @ Plevna. Pours clear amber, off white head. Caramel, pine hops in the aroma. Bitter, grainy flavor.

Draught@HBF2016. Copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, mildly wooden and some earthy and toffeeish notes. Flavour is caramel malts, some crisp bready notes, grains and mild wooden notes.

Rich sweet caramelly aroma. Deep orange, small tight head. Simple sweetish malty taste, caramelly. Super easy drinker. Nice balance. Good fresh hoppy bitterness. Hops and grains working very well together. There is beauty in simplicity, and this is proof. More like this please - go back to tasty beers, none of this kraft shit.
