Refreshing ale, full of hop-driven tropical notes Salto Pale Ale is unfiltered, unpasteurized, yellow-gold ale with aromatic hops, offering a distinctive balance between tropical notes (like grapefruit, tangerine, and elderflower) and soft pleasant bitterness. Inspired by American IPA beer style (India Pale Ale), Salto Pale Ale has a very hoppy flavor, but with less bitterness and a lower alcohol content than a classic American IPA. The result is smooth, full-bodied and refreshing beer. 6 EBC

Pours pale yellow to golden color with thick white head and strong hoppy aroma. Hoppy tastе, herbal, easy, full bodied. Palate herbal. Beautiful.

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2019 Bottle at Drunk Chiwawa, Belgrade. Mango and lots of pineapple in aroma. Hazy yellow color with minimal sized white head. Extremely fruity, massive pineapple, medium bitterness, oatmeal. Medium body, soft carbonation. Possibly best Serbian Pale Ale.

Pure straw yellow color, small head, falling quickly, light body, watery texture, medium to high carbonation. Taste: plenty of citrus, tropical fruit, malty, nice pleasent hoppy bitterness lasting really long.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2018 On tap at Samo pivo, Belgrade. Spring 2018. Clear pale golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, citrus, fruity, lightly malty, lightly buttery. Juicy, lemony, sweet, light dry moderately lasting finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation, minor flaws.
