Pours a slightly hazy orange golden with a small froth of white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty pale malt with some grassy hops. Starts with good fullness and a light malty sweetness and good earthy bittering hops before a slightly doughy bittersweet finish. A pretty decent Kellerbier.

Bottle... Clear yellow lager with a mid-sized, delicate, white head. The aroma is a blend of pale grains, peppery hops and honey. Medium to full-bodied with ticklish carbonation. The flavor is of sweet, pale malts alongside lesser peppery hop bitterness. Bittersweet, toffee finish.

Tap at Ginger Man. Slightly hazy golden-amber colour with a massive stiff white head. The nose is fairly clean with a touch of soft pale malt as well as a kiss of light breadiness as well. A little bit of mustiness to the malts with a kiss of bready yeastiness. Light noble maltiness but these are quite earthy and subtle. A touch of dusty basement-type flavour. It’s a fairly rustic brew.

Pours gold with a white head. Smells perfumy and dry with an underlying floral hint. Tastes dry with a light bitterness and a hint of pilsner malt on the finish.

Bottle. Pours a copper body with a white head. Sweet and malty, with a light floral hop character, a bit bitter with some grain and stale grass.

Decent bier, nothing exceptional, found at Premier. Pours light body although very decent creamy off-white head. Neutral aroma. Mouthfeel is average, taste is OK, drinkable but not very drinkable to the extent of 500 ml.
