UPDATED: FEB 10, 2021 Бельгийская пшеничка с Французскими корнями и наполнением. Пиво темно желтого цвета с хорошей мелко пузырчатой пеной. Пена отлично держалась и даже в начале поднималась над бокалом. В аромате корица, немного гвоздики, пшеница и кукуруза. Вкус приятный, сладкий с легким цитрусовым и кориандовым оттенком. Послевкусие традиционное как у хорошего пшеничного пива. Ничего сверх нового, неплохое пиво.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2020 Bottle @ home. Clear pale yellow w a white head, nice lacings. Aroma light malty (wheat) and hoppy. Flavor light sweet and bitter, refreshing. Light body, average carbonated.

Very light and refreshing beer. Nose and taste are on strong citrus notes. A bit too acidic however.

Couleur jaune légèrement trouble, légère mousse. Nez leger citronné et paille. Gout fruité citronné, malté, paille assez doux, note épice-coriandre en fin de bouche. Corps aussi assez doux. Ca passe bien

Une blanche assez houblonnée, raffraîchissante et équilibrée mais qui évoque plus une blonde qu’une blanche par son amertume marquée.

Unclear medium to light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, sour fruit, citrus, moderate yeasty, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart - sour, wheat spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20121019]

Bottle @ French Oktoberfest Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Herbs, wheat and fruit. Dry and refreshing.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy pale yellow with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. 191012

Bottle @ FoneFan, 5.2%. Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, yeast and coriander. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, coriander, high carbonation, hop, little bitter and little sweet.

Bottle 50cl. A cloudy yellow beer with low head that goes quickly. Smell is on malt, wheat and yeast. A sweet beer, with nice malty notes, wheat hints but very smooth, creamy, cereal like, slightly fruity not bad brew at all. For me more a hefenweizen than a Belgian wit.
