Bottle 33 cl from Bier-Bienne (CH). Reddish beer with a cream head holding well. Tropical fruity aromas, appetizing, caramel, notes of vanilla. The mouth is round at first, with dry fruits, citrus, roasted and slight caramel. The bitterness is then well present, by increasing, resinous and long.
courtesy of Claude Degen - hazy dark red-orange beer with an elusive foam; pungent hoppy aroma of oranges and peaches, hints of caramel; tasty, full-bodied; fairly bitter; clean palate; quite long bitter and dry fruity hoppy finish
