UPDATED: SEP 6, 2023 Bottled. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is green apples and mild syrupy tones as well as some mash. Flavour is mash sweetness, some apples and mild dough and yeast. Somewhat dry apple finish.

Bottle 75 cl. A hazy golden with a tiny, white, dissipating head. Nose is distinctly tart apples - but vaguer due to the beer blending in. Body is super dry, almost astringent, again distinct apple notes. Slightly tart. Kinda refreshing but also a bit annoying as you feel this a farmhouse cider, but watered down. If I wanted cider I'd rather have the real thing rather than this. 121118

500ml bottle, 4.8 % abv., shared by djoeye. Low white bubbly head, clear warm golden body, sparse lacing. Mild apple skins on the nose. Dry taste of apples and dough. Mid-dry fruity ending. Drinkable. (Session with Finn and djoeye, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 23.07.2018).

Fra flaske spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham og Rune i H7. Gulbrun. Uklar. Lavt skum. Eplearoma. Smaken syrlige epler. Tørr. Uvariert. Veldig lik en cider.

Bottle @ home. Slight hazy, light golden with an off-white head. Aroma light malty (bread), light apples and hops, yeasty sour notes. Flavor light sweet, light tart, light sweet, fruit/apples. Medium body, medium carbonated. OK experiment.

Sample at DØE København Nord.Fluffy white low and quickly disappearing head. Hazy yellow body. Mild aroma and flavor of apples with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long finish.

Very fresh aroma, lots of apple. Appears hazy and weak in hops. Lot of lactoacid taste. Special and complex, but overall nice beer.
