hauxe (4003) - Butzbach, GERMANY - OCT 25, 2017
Bottle thanks to wombat23. Pours hazy straw colored from the bottle. Big white foamy head that soon fades. Aroma is honey, old sneaker. Taste sweet, dusty, mealy. Dry. Body is medium with a fizzy carbonation. Despite the warts it wasn't that bad, but not worth repeating.

2.8
rand (3460) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 27, 2017
Bottle 0,33 l / Bier-Bienne (CH). Pale blonde with a huge, white and persistent foam, crackling busy. Aromas of lemon, honey, freshness of wheat, a little yeast. The taste is honey, wheat, not much sourness but acidity, citrus, white pepper. Dry, quenching but a fancy Saison.

Beersiveknown (5380) - NORTHERN IRELAND - OCT 26, 2016
Bottle at home from Anstei for European summer santa, cheers andreas!
pale golden blonde with fluffy white head. well attenuated, the honey has dried the beer out well. No metallic offnotes sometimes found in honey beers. No obvious saison character either unfortunately. Fairly decent mid-strength gold but lacking in charcater a bit

3.1
sdg (165) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 9, 2016
Pale golden color, hazy; yeast sediment in bottle; white head of which a thin layer remains. Aroma is spices, yeast, hints of citrus and honey. Taste is medium sweet and slightly bitter. Medium body, crispy mouthfeel, almost aggressive due to the high carbonation.

Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 16, 2016
from Bier-Bienne - hazy blond beer under a solid persistent white head; aroma of yeast and honey, a bit chalky; over-carbonated, pretty sweet, a solid tartness; decently dry with more notes of honey, dust and pears - low drinkability

3.2
anstei (3818) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 28, 2016
Bottle from Beers’n’more. Fresh and herbal aroma, some yeast, some honey. Light body, still not boring or watery, but refreshing. Honey sweetness, mellow but adequate bitterness. Typical saison carbonation, slightly tacky and hard. Medium lasting finish, honey aftertaste. Good.

Milky pale yellow color with foam layer. Yeasty and a little wit nose with some honey. Honey and spicy peppery taste with foamy carbonation. Calm and milky yeasty aftertaste.

jonas (14028) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - JUN 28, 2016
Bottle. Milky green yellow, white foam. Dirty citrus, sulphur. Minerals, dead yeast, spice, very mealy mouthfeel, very light body. Shaken bottle, but still way too green.
