~Pours a clear amber color with small off white head.
~Malty toasty flavor, some caramel.
~Slighty dry in finish, med body, med CO2.
~Enjoyable brew. Very sweet but not cloying.

Nov 26, 2009 Bottle with Thanksgiving dinner. Pours a copper color into a tulip with a sizable head and some residual lace. The aroma is floral and spiced. The flavor has notes of sweetness, pear, white grape, white chocolate, and some bitterness. The palate is refreshing and cleansing. Overall, quite nice with the entire meal.

Sep 20, 2009 Draft at Radio Maria in Champaign, IL Pours copper amber with a white head. Caramelly and estery nose. Lighter side of medium bodied with a fine spritzy carbonation. Flavor of toffee, apple, spice, and even some butterscotch. Nothing exciting, but very drinkable.

Aug 13, 2009 Sampled at the imports tasting at Blacklick Wine & Spirits on 8/13/09. Clear copper pour with a medium tan head. Light hop aroma with some creamy malt. Creamy flavor with some vanilla, apple and a crisp hop finish. Not bad and better than expected.
