A: rich malty, mellow fruity, honey, banana, floral, spicy, bit orange peels, T: full malty base, fruity, honey, peach, banana, spicy, bit yeasty, medium carbonation, nice balanced for the style, enjoyed.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2019 On tap at Brouwerij de Prael, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a rather obscured Belgian yeast character, with earthy notes, and gentle candied sugar. Flavour is quite muffled, with lots of earthiness, Belgian yeast, light esters, moderate bitterness, and a touch of candied sugar. The finish is characterized by earthiness and bitterness. Not a great execution of the style, but it’s not bad.

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2019 Backlog, bottle 4-5 years ago at the brewpub in Amsterdam. Pours a hazy golden with white head and nice lace on the glass. Notes are heavy yeast, fruits, plum, bread, and grain. Body was medium with lighter carb and a decent finish.

Keg at De Prael Brewery Tap, Amsterdam. Nice tripel, with an almost salty nose to it. Quite a light body for the style.
