The aroma is medium hoppy and lightly to medium malty with pine, resin, grapefruit, orange zest, bread, toasted bread and hints of caramel - rather classic smell. Medium to medium-full body with an average carbonation, a light to medium-light sweetness and medium-light to medium bitterness. The flavor is similar to the smell with pine, resin, orange zest, grapefruit, marmalade, some bitter resin, bread, toasted bread and some caramel. UPDATED: DEC 10, 2019 I have purchased this beer, in the coop, in front of Zürich HB. Drinking and enjoying this beverage at Bonfol, in june 2018. The body is brown/orange and troubled, average carbonation, white foam. This beer is close to the embuscade, average, waiting something more, a bit unbalanced and soily, dry malt, hop, resinous side, decently bitter.
