Flavours then become more sour, albeiti mild in nature. Slightly bitter back palate to finish.
Ungstrup (16367), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 22, 2005 A pink cider with an aroma strong with apples, but also with notes of berries. The flavor is like a sparkling apple sodapop. Quite nice. BückDich (4875), McCall, Idaho, USA

No alcohol notes detected here and a creamy zesty thing happening under my tongue. CapFlu (3528), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 17, 2005 (750ml bottle) Purchased at La Trappe à Fromage in Gatineau, QC. First off - the cork blew off and almost killed the host; it thin proceeded to spew its contents all over Lubiere’s back deck; the could only have been 1/2 the bottle remaining after the disaster. I hope Jodoin offers me a new bottle!! Pours a pink head with a peachy-red body. Nose is sweet and crisp. Very fresh apples swish around one’s mouth with a grand and balanced sweet and tartedness. Nicely carbonated - as with most Jodoin products - yet not a lot of flavour. The carbonation however is wildly exciting and worth the $17.99 price tag. Rastacouere (5598), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 28, 2005 Pinkish, clear, lightly sparkling. Dryish crabapple nose. Woody, sweet with wet cave notes. Rocky dryness. Distinctive palate, initially sweet and floral, developping rosewater reminiscent flavors. A bit on the sweet side, but great overall balance if a bit short-flavored. Light bodied, good sparkling body. Great stuff. muzzlehatch (4426), Burlington, Vermont, USA

Pink-peachy color with nice visible fizzing bubbles...light, fresh nose with a hint of yeast...lovely sweet/dry body, expertly balanced...dry apple skins to finish, nice sparkling mouthfeel, a delight on the whole.
