Has some spicy hops in the nose, a little too carbonated, and has a bitter watery malt background. jake65 (1838), Williston, North Dakota, USA

Nose is light hopped with malt and breadiness. Nice pilsener bite and crispness in the flavor with floral hops, and a light malt charachter. Enjoyable pils. ontario102 (794), Boise, Idaho, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 1, 2005 Clear yellow/gold with a filmy white head and small lacing. Musky pils and some citrus in the nose. Almost a slight bubblegum there with some hints of pepper. More pilsener malts to delight you in the flavors with a quality I’m not too certain about. Almost a citrusy cotten candy. Eh.. Light bodied with a good pils malt base finishing with just a hint of bitterness. BückDich (4875), McCall, Idaho, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 25, 2005 Pint at the brewpub Pale yellow color, flat head, stick ylacing. Nose is a touch hoppy with lots of grainy qualities & alcohol notes. Lightly bitter & tart flavor with a finish that’s medium bodied & VERY grassy. I think the bittering hops were just right for a classic pilsner. Fairly floral too in the nose & the thick(er) body in the finish improves the drinkability of this fine pilsner.
