| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 16, 2010 Appearance: Pours a clear, deep gold body with a half-finger-high head of bubbly, white foam.
Smell: Ah, a sweet-smelling aroma of light corn syrup generously brushed over some simple, basic barley.
Taste: Then, it’s flavor time! Lightly grainy, excessively pale malts with sweet hints of sucrose and corn syrup. There’s a lacking hop presence and accompanying bitterness, leaving the beer to finish somewhat sweet.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: A bit of a disappointment. Particularly adjunct-laden and I’d prefer it to finish a bit drier. Ah well! Zita (116), Assentoft, Denmark

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 9, 2009 A really refreshing pale lager from South Africa no less. Nothing offensive, even after it warms up a little. Suprised. Aroma was subtle sweet malts, very hard to detect. Does the lack of any aroma, good or bad make it bad? I didn’t mind it with this style, but that’s just me. Flavor has some light malts, just a tad sweet but mostly just a clean malt bill. Easy to suck it down, but didn’t really make an impression on me other than it was as quenching as a glass of ice water. Skinnyviking (4342), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Oct 16, 2009 Bottle. Medium high fluffy but lasting white head. Clear yellow body. As far as I can judge there is a distant sweet barley malt aroma. Weak and sweet barley malt flavor with corn and little hops bitterness. Watery and boring. Low carbonation, short aftertaste.
