UPDATED: APR 29, 2023 330 ml bottle. Clear light golden with a foamy head. Grain and hay, grassy hops, malt, citrus and bread. Mild bitterness, grainy bready sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, mild dry grainy bready finish.

UPDATED: JUN 22, 2022 Bottle at a bar in Maxvorstadt Tuesday 21st June 2022 (Summer Solstice). Pours light/mid gold with a white head, excellent clarity. Too sweet and exhibits only subtle hints of what a classic German Pils should, that said it's refreshing and drinkable, fine.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2022 Robe or sombre limpide, mousse ok stable 1cm, irrégulière, visqueuse, carbo abondante, attaque amère, léger grain, toute petite rondeur. Côté classique, pas mauvais, amertume en longueur, léger frais. Moyen bien.

UPDATED: AUG 7, 2021 (Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, toast, orange and honey. Malty taste with notes of bread, toast, orange, honey, a touch of vegetables and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Not the best German pilsener, leaning more towards your average pale Euro lager. Still, enjoyable.
