Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours hazy yellow with a fully lasting creamy white head and lacings. A well balanced and smooth hefe. Not overpowered by banana or anything. Wheat, yeast, bit of banana and citrus. Fresh and crisp! Good.

Yellow with a low head and lots of yeast clumps. Strange metallic aroma but also hints of wheat. The flavour is sweet banana-like, but it also has an acidic note thats highly annoying.

way too mild flavor even for a hefeweizen. even a hoegaarden has a fuller body and taste than this.

In bottle; did not enjoy this one at all. Tasted quite citrusy and wheaty. I actually only had about 2 sips and poured it. Much better german wheat beers available than this one

Hardley anything on the nose...just a little bit if bread. White head was gone almost immediately. Very pale yellow pour. slight lemon and citrus mixed with some bread notes. both linger on the palate. Smooth mouthfeel.

Clouded orange yellow color poured into my brand new Franziskaner Weizen glass. Large head; actually overflowed for awhile. Large banana smell with some sweet notes as well. Citrus smells as well as....birthday cake? Cool! Taste is dry and grainy. Light fruit but needs to be more pronounced. This is really too cold right now, I’ll give it a bit to warm. As it warms two things come out: the banana fruit flavor, and a dry bitter grain. The bitterness covers the sweetness almost completely. Bit of clove on the finish.

Bottle@Home. Lemon, veggies and soap aroma. Cloudy, white head, fair lace. Light sweet, light citric, light bitter, peas, hint of banana. Medium body. Strange off flavours.
