Bottled. Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium white head Not alot of aroma a little yeast and grain. Fairly bland hefe. Tastes more ike an American wheat than a German hefe. Nothing wrong with it, I just prefer a little more flavor.

Mar 11, 2010 golden not much hazy hefeweizen, white head. smells a bit yeasty and of some banana, but only hidden clove tasts bittersweet , of some banana, some yeast, some spice, aftertaste bitersweetness , some fruit, hidden spice. Not bad but the flavors are not really strong, all is a bit hiden.

aromas a platano y cascara de naranja, pero delicados y suaves
color amarillo palido con tonos verdosos, muy turbia!
buena espuma blanca y buena carbonatacion
al entrar, suave y refrescante, toques de zumo de piña y algo de limon.
correcta como hefeweizen, nada particular, pero bien...
para verano muy recomendable....
con queso fresco o acido...ideal!!!

Aroma is faint lemon with some herbs, I guess.
Watery flavour with lemon. Boring watery hefe.

Feb 28, 2010 Bottle. Hazy light yellow pour, foamy white head. Soapy aroma with banana, cream and... fructis shampoo. Watery faint fruity flavor. Very lively carbonation.

Jan 24, 2010 Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours hazy yellow with a fully lasting creamy white head and lacings. A well balanced and smooth hefe. Not overpowered by banana or anything. Wheat, yeast, bit of banana and citrus. Fresh and crisp! Good.

Jan 1, 2010 Yellow with a low head and lots of yeast clumps. Strange metallic aroma but also hints of wheat. The flavour is sweet banana-like, but it also has an acidic note thats highly annoying.
