caribou43 (3069) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 6, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 6, 2020 I have found this beer, at Wittisch, Olten. Drinking and trying this bottle, at home, Epalinges. The color is yellow, grey and troubles, the carbonation is a bit higher than usual. For me, I have found this beer correct, classical sour, refreshing, sour but there is a side of dry malt, smooth and wheat, fruity with a side of raspberry, watery, normal hop, a bit buttery.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2019 (Bottle, 0.33 l - 5.6% ABV - BB 04.10.2020, from Drinks of the World, Geneva, 20190927) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, green apples and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, honey, spiciness, Belgian style yeast, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A confusing brew with some pleasant notes and some resembling brewing flaws.

From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018. Hazy pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma is lightly yeasty, doughy, spicy, grassy with sweetish grains and hints of tart berries. Light to medium body with a light sourness and a light tartness. The flavor starts fruity with green apples, gooseberries and grapes. Finishes lightly grainy, tart and dry. Good but a little bit mellow. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 4 Taste: 6 Palate: 3 Overall: 13

Turtles (3709) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - APR 28, 2018
330ml bottle from a friend. Hazy bright golden, small white head that disappears quickly and completely, poor lacing. Not too much going on in the aroma, apricot, tart citrus, yellow cheese and white pepper. Light bodied, dryish and mild tart mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant soapy yeast taste, green grapes, lemon zest, smooth grains, red apples and grass. Mild tart finish.
