Golden amber pour produces a white frothy head. Definitely can pick out the cascades and citrus, not as hopped as I prefer. Slightly bitter finish.

Gold, quivering white head. High bead. A little malt on the nose, with heaps of pine and grapefruit as well as some flowers. Taste is light and somewhat bitter. Little malt presence and the hopping is mostly dry rather than bitter. Verging on one-dimensional, but that hoppy dimension is fresh and lovely.

650 mL bottle from the LCBO, served in an English pint glass. Pours a slightly foggy straw-yellow with a tall, thick off-white head. Good head retention and good lacing. Fresh, hoppy aromas of flowers and pine, along with grain and straw from the malt and a hint of yeast. Flavour is slightly sweet throughout and balanced between toasty malts and somewhat bitter hops. Finish is moderate in length, toasty with a hint of hops. On the palate, this brew is medium to full in body, with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall, a decent flavourful brew with nice hop notes. 2010-03-16

From a bomber into a water glass. Pours with two inches of cloudy head; plenty of fuzzy lacing. Nice light amber color, slightly yellow. Aroma is very floral yet spicy, this is the highlight of the beer. Taste is pretty hoppy for an APA but not quite to an IPA level, well maybe a British IPA level. The palate is a little too fizzy for me. After a few minutes it calmed down and the taste really came out. Lots of lemon and flowers in this one... very flavorful. Not the best APA, but near the top. A bit expensive for an APA, but I would drink again... would love to try it on tap!

Quite an earthy, almost musky aroma initially. I enjoyed this beer the warmer its temperature became. Large, off-white head with great lacing. Pours a hazy amber colour. Medium body with a slightly sweet taste and a definitive bitter finish. Certainly interesting and an acquired taste.

Bottle. Pours a golden orange with a huge off white head. Aroma is citrus with some bread. Clean bitter taste with a touch of sweet malt. Creamy mouthfeel. This was my first intro to hoppier beers, and I haven’t looked back

Bottle. Hazy pale color with a nice white head that left great lacing on the glass. Nice fruity aroma with some malt. Fruity flavor with a quite dry mouth feel. Good balanced and with a pleasant bitter finish.
