UPDATED: FEB 17, 2019 Flasche: Interesting golden colour with an interesting haze, lots of really interesting floaties visible, needs a microscope, interesting aromas of an old village pharmacy in the nose; interesting bitter-sweet flavour, unusual, but surely interesting oily and tart MF; the Dorfapotheke strikes back in the interesting herbal-bitter cough candy finish. Yes! The right stuff for pharmacists (for analysises) and masochist. Otherwise the liquid proof, the creative brewers can only create creative brews and act out their creativity when ignoring the Reinheitsgebot...

Large frothy offwhite head. Good lacing. Mostly diminishing. Clear dark-yellow body. Aroma: light hoppy, light yeasty, fennel, lemongrass, mint and chamomile. Initial flavor: moderate bitter. Final flavor: very light sweet, light bitter and salty; average duration. Palate: medium body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation and metallic finish. : sabor picante e com presença de menta/hortelã; saborosa, exótica; retrogosto de hortelã, me lembrou um pouco a lebanese pale ale, vencida há 29 dias mas ainda em boas condições, baixa drinkability, 70 s

@Bierrevier - light hazy amber with a chaotic foam left; the tomato dominates the nose; low carbonation, medium-bodied; chewy and sharp peppery finish with more long notes of tomato - doesn’t work for me

Reminyze (8421) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - JUN 8, 2018
UPDATED: JUN 8, 2018 The beer has got a hazy light amber golden colour with a small head and thin body. Aroma of hops, mint, acid, pine and citrus fruits. Acid wheat finish.

33cl bottle pours a clear, dark gold with a ring of soapy, white head. Huge herbal nose, hand soap, lavender, flowers, but tons of herbs. Flavor is the same, floral and herbal, lavender, some honey here, sweet thyme, soapy. Finishes slick, oily, light astringent. Gotta like lavender.

snowcrash000 (2268) - Cologne, GERMANY - FEB 6, 2018
UPDATED: FEB 8, 2018 Pours a deep golden, coppery coloration with a huge, foamy head that disappears quickly. Smell is very herbal, the eucalyptus and peppermint standing out the most, with just a hint of juniper, honey and some faint malts in the background as well. Taste follows the nose with a moderate biscuity malt, presence, some faint citrus hops and a strong herbal flavor that is dominated by eucalyptus and peppermint, with notes of juniper and honey. It can't be easy to properly balance a beer like this, but they've really nailed it. Strong herbal character without being too overpowering, all the additives intermingling harmoniously without one drowning out the other. I'm not really a fan of eucalyptus or peppermint myself, so I probably won't have this again, but I can still admire the craftmanship here.

Aroma is spicy with notes of mint bonbons, some citrus and kiwi touch. Cloudy golden in the glass with a frothy head. Taste is semi dry with some refreshing mint, spices, eucalyptus and some minimal salty note in the back. Highly carbonated, not really unpleasant, but kinda weird beer.

330ml bottle (Koht Yard Sale, Tallinn) (5:4:4:1:8=2.2)
Crazy minty aroma. Some eucalyptus oil. Pure menthol palate - sauna oils. medium palate, pleasant carbonation, but the menthol cooling is just terrible. This is just wrong. (The mint in the aroma was accompanied by other herbs, of which sage is clearest. I get some honey also in the taste. The herbs, which are very prominent in the taste too, point Phil toward (those used with) sausage. -anna)

330ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Clear amber color. Huge size, thick yellowish head, stays. Menthol, mint, peppermint, eucalyptus in aroma. Peppermint, sweet, toothpaste, soap in taste. Peppermint in aftertaste. I'm drunk, but leaving this as a last beer of the evening I can go home to my lady and smell as fresh as a daisy! Horrible brew.
