COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Christmas time is a time for cheer, so we’ve got together with the cheeriest bunch we know to brew a very cheery Christmas ale! You Snows It is our second collaboration with Newport’s finest, Goldie Lookin’ Chain! There are no gimmicks with this super pale Christmas Ale. It’s brewed as light as the first snow, with Super Pale and Carapils malt, then hopped so it’s as crisp as Christmas morning with Waimea from New Zealand and the rich fruit flavours from UK grown Olicana. The result is a super light, easy drinking beer with lots of aroma and just a little bit of bitterness. Just like that uncle that always seems to ruin your Christmas dinner.

Jako jo, takový průměr. Rysy klasického american pale ale stylu, toť ale asi tak vše, od tohoto pivovaru přece jenom čekám experiment, který rádi dělají.

Aroma is mixture of nice fresh fruit and some weird gassy note. Hazy golden color with small sized white head. Nice amount of bitterness, but unfortunately that's it. Empty, watery, thin. Average carbonation. //tap at Craft Room

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2019 Copenhagen 31/5 2018. 33 cl bottle from Vinbørsen. Hoodlum looking Snowman with Gold Chain and a Gold Carrot for Nose on the label. Pours hazy golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing. Aroma is light and not terribly intense. Exotic fruit provides a little sweetness. Stronger Citric notes. Some sharper, chemical, soapy odor. Light carbonation. Thin, watery, soft texture Flavor has prominent sweetness. Followed by lighter bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingering. Finish is semi-dry. Slightly weird type of Beer for a Christmas Seasonal. But certainly a nice, crisp APA.

Pours just slightly hazy golden color, topped with thin white head, nonlasting. Gentle but very pleasant sweet fruity nose with lots of passion fruit. Moderate bitterness, actually quite solid, dry and lasting aftertaste. Medium light body.
