UPDATED: SEP 16, 2020 33cl bottle from E.Leclerc Pierry supermarket in France. F: medium, white, good retention. C: gold, bit hazy. A: sweet herbal, floral, bit sugary. T: medium malty base, herbal touch, sweet floral, cranberries touch, medium carbonation, crazy thing all together.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2020 01-07-2020; bottle; at home (bought at Saveur Bière). The looks of the beer are nice. It is a golden-yellow brew. It is crystal clear. On top of the beer a nice layer of soft white foam its formed. Foam retention is good. A thick drape stays on top of the beer for quite some time. Also some nice lacing is left on the glass. Nice. The aroma of the beer is fine. There are some basic malty aromas at first. They give some notes of bread and grain. Nothing to special. Hops give some slight spicy aromas to the beer. They're not that strong. The yeast aroma is nice and is a bit fruity. It is the same aroma as in the other Mont-Blanc beers. Nice they use the same yeast strain. The added violets and blueberries give nice fruity and floral notes, which is not surprising since they're flowers and fruit. Interesting addition. It seems natural. The original beer aromas are not that strong though. It is more like a fruity malt lemonade. Not bad though. The taste of the beer is fine. Sweet malts and sweet added fruit and flower notes. The fruits also give some slight sour notes, giving balance. Some hoppy bitterness is there, but it is not enough. Overall, the beer is a bit too sweet. The palate of the beer is alright. Light body, slightly thin texture and medium carbonation. The finish of the beer has some clear blueberry and more of that violet. Nice, but it should have a bit more of a beer character underneath it all. This is covered a bit too much.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2020 Bottle at home, light orange, small head. Aroma is sweet, cranberry, floral. Taste is the same, sticky sweet, floral, fruity, light fizzy. very sticky indeed. meh

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2020 750ml Swing-Top Bottle from U Supermarket, Chamonix, France. Bright pale golden-pink coloured with a huge white head of foam. It has a sweet, slight soapy Cranberry and Violet flavour with a warming spicy sugary fruity finish. Ok.

UPDATED: MAY 19, 2019 330ml clear bottle from BeerWulf. A fun fruit drink. This is an alcopop not a beer. It's not the best as my youngest daughter Phocea would say.

UPDATED: APR 27, 2019 Pours a pleasant rose colour with no head. Aroma of mineral water, slight violet hint. Revolting watery violet taste with a slight hint of cheap lager. Lingering bitter finish. Gross.

UPDATED: APR 6, 2019 33 cl. Fles. Helder blond bier met roze gloed en wit schuim. Geur: geparfumeerd snoeperig, cassis, zoet. Smaak: zoet, fruitig, bessen, suikersiroop. Goede koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: lange zoetzure wrange en walgelijke fruitsmaak. Raak dit nu maar kwijt.

33 flesjes. Helder licht oranje kleur, fijne romige witte schuimkraag. De geur van cranberry en bloemig. Smaak is zoet, cranberry, licht toffee en waterig. Licht lichaam, veel koolzuur.
