SinH4 (15466) - Garching bei München, GERMANY - MAR 8, 2017Bottle, thanks anstei! Nice hazy reddish-copper color with bug off-white head. Aroma is floral, piney, toffee. Taste is piney, toffee, bready malts, quite earthy, bitter finish. Medium carbonation, rather crisp. Not as exciting as others by this brewery, but a solid brew!
With yeast poured in, it becomes greener, milkier, and gets a silkier mouthfeel. Better to pour this one carefully imho.

tezarak (121) - Lengnau, SWITZERLAND - FEB 12, 2017Poured from a 33cl bottle (what I assume as there is no indication in the label). Orange-brown and very murky with small sediment particles. Very hoppy aroma. Pear, citrus and peach or nectarine. Nice bitterness, but doesn’t last too long. Very well bodied and an oily texture, but a little over carbonated and a very slight grainy-sandy texture. This Swiss micro brewery is going their own way, and its a good thing.
