COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Lore (6800) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 9, 2019
UPDATED: AUG 9, 2019 deep dark brown colour, huge, dense beige head; aroma of intensive fresh halved plum, maybe some chocolate and cocoa, as well as licorice notes in the background...but mainly in it fully dominated by plum; taste is more complex with burnt rye bread, cocoa and plum jam notes; good one

UPDATED: MAY 20, 2018 Excellente porter suisse.

from Drinks of the World - light gusher; black beer under a huge beige foam; light roasted aroma of milk chocolate, hints of licorice; over-carbonated; light sweet, moderate malt backbone; chocolatey finish with residual sugars and light grainy notes

Thanks Bruno for this bottle that I drank with my wife three days ago at home. It is a nice black beer, we could say a stout. The color is a traditional black body, deep and waiting for you, the foam is staying longer than usual, brown and white, the carbonation is a bit higher than usual for the style. The taste is classical, roasted malt, coffee, hop, touch of vanilla, dry during all the phases, it was a good one with a tartare that I make at home.
