COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Naturally fermented cider made only from local Asturian apples, selected by AACOMASI, the Asturian Association of Cider Apple Growers. The production process is checked and certified by ECA, the Certification and Quality Guarantee Organization, who ensure that the whole process has been followed through and is implemented according to the guidelines leading to the award of the ‘Naturally Fermented Quality Cider’ stamp of approval.
Colour: Lemony-yellow on green. Bubbly on pouring. Pours well. Fruity, unripened apple bouquet. Nuances of dried roses with a hint of freshly churned butter, with a pleasant, tart taste. After tastes of citrus fruit, grapefruit and lemon linger on the palate.

UPDATED: APR 6, 2024 (Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with unripe apples, barnyard, spices, yeast and orange peel. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of winter apples, hay, spices, yeast, orange, grapefruit and a generous, slightly funky, acidity in the finish. Light body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a slightly yeasty touch and a fresh acidity. Very nice.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2022 700mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with no head. Aroma brings out moderate mustiness, subtle funk, and dusty dry apple skins. Flavour has a pleasant mustiness, barnyard funk and dusty dry apple skins. Bone dry, with a nice musty, funky finish. Nicely done.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2023 Sourish sulphur nose. The sidra starts fruity sourish. Fruity, apples. Very dry with a sour dry but slightly watery back. Easy apples, fruity tart, not much sulphur, fruity dry sour in the end. Nice refreshing.

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2021 Bottle @ The Basque Market. Hazy straw pour without much in the way of foam. Lots of acidic fruit here. A bit of green grape, lemon, and apple (of course). Slight woody and blue cheese funk to it. A little bit thin in body, but decent carbonation. Thought this one was pretty nice.
