UPDATED: APR 10, 2024 Bottled, 375ml from Kay Gee's Off Licence, Didcot, Oxon. Orange gold with white head. Straight into a yeasty, bretty, sharp acidic flavour with this. Certainly strawberries to the fore, sharp and fresh then a lemon juice character to it. This is full on sourness but pretty decent with it.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2024 bottle from the cellar. Bottle is 10 years old. A clear reddish deeep orange coloured pour with a mellow loose off white head. Aroma is swet and tangy, jammy sticky strawberry, some funk, lacto, spicy strawberry. Intense strawberry jam even after 10 years. Flavour is composed of super sour, puckering, lemon juice, jammy strawberry, spicy lacto, Palate is semi sweet, spicy, mid pucker, mellow carbonation. Some acid burn in the finish. Lovey jammy strawberry even after 10 years.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2023 Bottle. A- Strawberry, bright, mild lemon. A- Dark gold color, clear liquid, no head. T- Strawberry, funk, barnyard, musky, acidic. P- Medium body, thin texture, flat carbonation, funky finish. O- Lovely aroma but the body just wasn't there for me. Plenty funky. Vintage 2016.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2022 Hazy orange golden no head. Muggy aroma. Stinging sour start, a little muggy, no carbonation, no bitterness. Almost like a very dry apple cider with a light strawberry twist.

UPDATED: MAR 19, 2022 Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finnish. Creamy palate.

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2021 Copenhagen 27/8 2021. 37,5 cl corked bottle from Vinens Verden, Slotsgade, Odense C. Off-white label with a simple drawing of some strawberries and a lot of gothic-style letters. Pours unclear - almost hazy - orange with a small bubbly white head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving a very unhealthy-looking urine sample behind. No lacing. Aroma is fairly intense with a light fruity sweetness mingling with a more dominant sharp sourness. Sweet berries, vinegar, green apples and hints of bile. Light touch of funk. Light carbonation. Thin, oily, almost flat texture. Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, rather aggressive and acidic sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingers for while. Finish is bone dry. An immensely sour and almost searing experience. Impressive that they are able to compress so much sourness into such a small bottle.

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2021 @ Havregatan 20210617. Bottle (375 ml) from Systembolaget. Fruity, bretty and acidic with berries, almost no carbonation, medium body with a watery texture. The finish is dry.

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2021 Bottle pour at St Gambrinus. Pours murky orange red. Strawberry, strong barnyard, strong strawberry, acetic vinegar, blackberry hedgerow. Medium body with very low carbonation. Fine.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2021 Leggermente ambrata con schiuma quasi assente, aromi aciduli, terrosi e agrumati, al palato è prevalentemente ma delicatamente aciduala e leggermente astringente con in finale sapore di fragole pronunciato ma non eccessivo. Carbonazione bassa, buon retrolfatto e persistenza aromatica
