Oct 9, 2006 Cask (Bayrischer Anstift) at Akkurat, Stockholm. Bronze colour, lightly hazy, minimal head. Aroma of strawberries and butter. Sweet and fruity with mild grassy spicy hops and buttery malt underneath. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Mildly bitter finish.

Jul 11, 2003 Cloudy golden color with a thin semi-lacing white head. Aroma of flowers and German yeast. Body is semi-sweet and malty with a dry bitter finish and some yeast esters. Not much complexity, but very smooth and refreshing.

Jan 18, 2005 Served on draft into a big mug at Roman’s in MIlwaukee. Cloudy orange body, creamy whte head. Apply aroma with a sugar cookie background. Tart, apply (again) flavor. A nice lager, unexpected amount of flavor.

Apr 5, 2004 Poured a cloudy, dark gold. A small head remained for the whole glass. Bananas, peaches and yeast in the aroma. Flavor has apples and a sour finish. This is unique, but not overly impressive.
