COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with Pumpkin and Spices(Cinnamon,Nutmeg,Cardamom,Cloves). This 8.0% ABV pumpkin ale is heartier, spicier, and more caramelly and pumpkiny than its faint brethren! Perfect finisher on a cool autumn night, or match it up with a slice of pumpkin pie and fresh whipped cream. If you don't agree this is the mother of all pumpkin ales, then you just don't like mothers!

October 2021. Disclaimer; I have no business rating this as I’ve already had a weyerbacher quad and tiny but I bought it as a single and opened it, so here goes; pours golden amber. Medium carbonation. Pumpkin. clove. Cinnamon. Clove might be a bit overpowering. Definitely not my favorite Weyerhaeuser. But not big novelty on beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2021 Pours a deep reddish bronze with a relatively thick creme head. Aroma of vegetable mash, some caramel, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Taste has serious, genuine pumpkin notes, burnt caramel, some rich cloves notes, notes similar to that of a very dark, grainy bread. Vaguely vegetable-like on the palate, mild hints of the elevated ABV. Very good.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2021 Very smooth. Mild but obvious genuine flavors favoring cinnamon, nutmeg, moderate wonderful sweet notes as well. Very delightful pumpkin brew.

Arbitrage411 (344) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 7, 2021
UPDATED: SEP 7, 2021 Lovely brownish amber liquid with vigorous center streaming bubbles. Defined sudsy off white shallow head and lacing. Spicy notes over a bread/cake muffin presentation. One of a kind taste - almost licorice - but not. Like a cough drop candy. Sweetness remains more than bitter. A warming ABV. Finish semi dry.

Slipstream (3787) - USA - AUG 28, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 28, 2021 The rich, malty, floral aroma suggests homey cakes and tasty comforts. Dark orange pour. The flavor appears to have some real pumpkin in it. It is nicely balanced with subtle spices and malty sweetness. Very good.
