Nose is crisp and clean, sweet malt noted, the start is somewhat sweet with a decent grain presence, top is light to middling in feel. Finish is determined in its acidity, the hops light but refreshing, a drinkable beer. Radek Kliber (4006), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 3, 2006 Smallish canvas colored head atop a golden liquid. Sweet english muffin aromas, along with pale malt, mild floral sweetness. Full pale malt qualities in the flavors, with some mild raisin and light unripe fruit bitterness. Quite dry in the finish, and nearly watery. Seems light, a cross between a cream and golden. CaptainCougar (5844), Rockville, Maryland, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 1, 2005 Pours a clear golden with a thin ring of white head. Semi-sweet grainy, mildly floral aroma. Starts with a hint of sugar, some dry, full crystal malt and noble hops with a dry grainy finish. A fairly bland and uninteresting beer. Suttree (2821), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 2, 2006 Slightly cloudy, with a big sloppy foamy head. Bready, peppery aroma. Decently malty body, with a vaguely white bread toast aroma. Finishes with a mellow hop bite. Thanks to Beer Hawk for the trade! goldtwins (4309), Nesconset, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 19, 2005 Poured a clear amber color with an off-white head. Earthy aroma with some notes of cheese doodles. Earthy hop flavor with mlat underneath. Dry finish with some hop bitterness at the end. Maybe I will try this again because I didn’t get any citrus or typical "C" hop aroma or flavor in my bottle. sethdude (615), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 1, 2006 Pours a macro-like gold, head with big bubbles that dissipates quickly. No lacing. Aroma is very much like a macro, overly sweet bouquet with virtually no hops. Fortunately, flavor is redeeming. Malt profile is very reminiscent of a Kolsch, but without the Kolsch yeast, it is quite different. A mild, fruity, citric undertone, and a definitive bitter moment with a dry finish, and a malty aftertaste. A very good summer brew, I’d bet, and at least a portion of profits go to a good cause. This is a good example of how a lighter style can be really good. A good beer for those just discovering craft beer. Braudog (3867), Dayton, Ohio, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | May 4, 2006 Bottle. Deep golden with a nice poofy head. Little aroma except maybe a hint of grass. Smooth mouthfeel. Almost a metallic sense to the flavo, but mostly a smooth malt without the starchiness. Just a tickle of hops.
