(Bottle 75 cl) Hazy golden with a bubbly, off-white head. aroma of yeast and amalt. Medium body with sweetish malt and fruit and some yeastiness - but hoppy? Well, the 80 IBUs are certainly very well hidden in a vaguely bitter finish. If this was an attempt at creating a hybrid between a Belgian and a "big" American, then the Belgian genes certainly won. 170407

Incredibly rocky head, clear yellow body, with the exception of chunky globs floating around at the top... quite disgusting, but I’m willing to overlook that fact. Light golden Belgian ale aroma. Slightly piney, but mostly spicey peppery hops. Not blown away by the hops, but more emphasis on the hops than the malt. The body is relatively smooth in terms without a ton of viscosity and low carbonation. The chunks were gross though. Lightly sweet, spicey hops, peppery, with a slight Belgian funk and some lemon. Relatively clean, but not too over the top. I’d drink it for the right price.

Bottle @ ’T Brugse Beertje. Fruity citrus zest and melon, spicy aroma. Good hoppiness backed up with solid but not overly sweet malts and pleasant peppery alcohol. Hops tail off slightly at the end which is a shame. Although the alcohol is noticeable this is quite drinkable for the strength.

11.2 oz Bottle - Orange Yellow color with a huge white marshmellow cloud head. Slightly Hoppy but more earthy aroma. An incredible beer. Subtle, yet powerful. A prefect mix of sour bitterness and malty sweetness. Head lasts the enire beer. Perfect effervescence.

Pours light yellow and hazy with a white rocky head. Aroma is mainly of citrus hopps. Flavor is balanced twards bitter, very hoppy, hints of apple and other fruits with a long finish. Medium to light bodied and very carbonated, overly so.

Hazy golden colour with an amazing chunky foamy off-white head that creates crazy shapes as it recedes, generating thick lace. Yeasty and potently hoppy balanced nicely by a velvety wheaty creaminess, subtle spiciness too. Thanks Tyler*Durden and Rockley!

On tap at Rich O’s gravity head 2007. clear golden with a nice white head. good lacing. the aroma reminds me of a tripple...malty and yeasty with a light dose of hops. light bitter grapefruit hop flavor with a good dose of sweet fruity malt and yeast. bitter dry grapefruit finish. medium to full body. interesing but it wasnt the complex belgian hop bomb i was hoping for....more like a tripple that got a slighly heavy handed dose of hops.

Clear pale body with a white head and nice lace. The aroma is herbal, bread, banana and clove. The flavor is honey, bread and lots of herbal hops. Medium body wtih soft carbonation and a bitter end.
